8:00pm: Welcome party for all guests with beer, wine & dessert

Schedule For Wedding Party:
8:30am-9:15am: Light breakfast & coffee, (provided for wedding party only)
9:15am-10am: Procession rehearsal
10am-11:30am: Wedding party decorates, arranges flowers, last-minute prep for evening ahead
11:30am-2:30pm: Get dressed & ready for ceremony, and don’t forget to eat lunch! Lunch will be provided for wedding party, but feel free to supplement with protein bars, snacks or whatever you’d like. We have some fridge storage space, but feel free to bring coolers.
2:30pm: Pre-Ceremony for wedding party, (details to come)
Schedule for all guests:
3:00pm-4:15pm: Ceremony
4:30pm-5:45pm: Cocktail hour & light bites, and family/wedding party photos
6:00pm: Dinner
6:45pm-7:30pm: Speeches
7:45pm: Cake cutting
8:00pm-10:00pm: Dancing in barn
10:00pm-Late: After-party in lodge
8:30am-10:30am: Coffee & pastries for all guests, on- or off-property! Come say your goodbyes to the bride & groom if you’re hitting the road that day.
11:00am: Loloma Lodge official check-out for cabins/camping for those not staying Sunday night.
